You deserve to heal.

There is help.

I believe that all of us have a desire to be seen, to be heard and understood. The therapy space is a healing space in which the safety of connection and support allows for the deep dives into your inner world that exposes belief systems, patterns and habits that have contributed to suffering and struggle. While we are affected by many relationships in our lives, the most important relationship that you will examine, is the relationship with yourself.

I offer various tools for freeing yourself from limiting beliefs, healing your traumatic experiences and becoming more empowered.

Healing Work

Trauma

Whether it is a single incident, negative beliefs or childhood experiences of trauma, we can address the core issues to bring relief and healing. I utilize my training in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to more effectively work with traumas of all types.

Adult Adoptees

I have a special interest in working with adult adoptees and exploring identity concerns.

Relationships

No matter what the relationship arrangement: couples (of all types), family relationships, and other significant relationships, I am here to support you in improving communication and connection.

Personal Growth

The most important relationship in this journey, is the relationship you have with yourself. Deep dives into your beliefs, your patterns and habits can allow yourself to have a better understanding of what seems to be getting in the way of your contentment and ultimately, feeling better about yourself and your interactions with others.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

This law was intended to reduce unexpected medical bills (for example: your ER doctor is out of network with your insurance and you end up with a surprise bill.) Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Not to worry though, my costs are listed above and we will always discuss any changes. There are no surprise bills here!
Here is what you want to know under the new law:
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your psychological service. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
